In GTA 4,you can get friends as story passes.They are very useful in certain conditions(without you play cheats).  Here are the names of your friends and their ability:

Roman:He provides you with a free taxi to your location(60% friendship)
Packie:He provides you car bomb at a location near to you.(75% friendship)
Dwayne:He provides you backup 2 man army to your location(60% friendship)
Little Jacob:He has alot of guns hidden in his car and drives it to a location near you and buy it with discount(75% friendship)
Brucie:He send you a heli to any building near to you and brings you to your destination around the city(75% friendship)

Roman's Taxi

Most of the cars in GTA 4 are nice and fancy,but for me Roman's Taxi is the best.It has quite good performance in handling and speed.It also can withstand more damage,which making me like Roman's Taxi even more.I can do chaos in GTA 4 without needed to worry about police open the door and I don't busted!

GTA 3 Difference Between Police Cars in Final Version And BETA Version.

The BETA Version Police Car is blue in color and it has 2 white stripes along the doors.Whlie the Final Version's Police car door is white paintjob and black color on the front part and balck part.

Go To Ghost Town And See Ghost Town With Sniper Rifle

There are several ways to look at the Ghost Town in GTA 3. You can use Dodo to fly to there or use flying cars and use tank car to fly as well as use ghost bridge mod that is downloadable through internet.The Ghost Town is located behind the Cochrane Dam and the hill. Simple.You just fly properly to the area and you got it!Ghost Town is in your sight! The buildings and cars are all there but it just not solid.You can just pass through all of the cars and buildings. To see Ghost Town, you had just need to use your sniper rifle and head to the most western part of the hill area in Shoreside Vale. Then aim at the hill and zoom it. The ghost town can been see though the hill.
